What leasing options are available?
The leasing terms available are installments plans based on a 12 month school year. We do offer shorter-term leases with a premium. Please call for details.
What is a guarantor and do I have to have one?
A guarantor is someone who agrees to financially back a residential lease for a tenant. We require residents to provide a guarantor to their lease application.
What is an individual lease? Do you offer individual leases?
The Bellamy offers individual leases that allow you the worry-free freedom of being solely responsible for your rent and your share of the utilities.
Can I apply online?
The Bellamy offers the ease of an online application process.
How much is the security deposit and is any of it refundable?
The Bellamy does not require a security deposit if all financial and credit requirements are met. However, if you are charged a security deposit, the deposit is refundable at the end of your lease as long as there are no damages or outstanding balances owed.
Is there an application fee?
The application fee is $50. However, check on our website for any specials offered waiving the application fee,
Are utilities included?
For your convenience Wifi and Cable is included in your monthly installment.
Are there any other costs not included in the rent?
Your electricity, Water, and Valet service is not included in your rent. We use a third-party company that manages these accounts for you and evenly disperses the costs among the residents within your home. This convenient system allows you the freedom to not have to come out of pocket for utility deposit charges.
Is renter's insurance required?
Renter's Insurance is required. We offer EPremium through our portal as an added convenience.
What happens if I need to move out before my lease expires?
You are able to find someone to take over your lease responsibility. They would have to go through the same application process that you did to qualify for the apartment.
Can the apartment be sublet?
The Bellamy does not allow sublets. We do allow Lease reassignments. This process takes all legal and financial responsibility out of your name unlike subletting. Subletting, you are still legally and financially responsible.
What are the occupancy limits?
Occupancy requirements are one person per bedroom.
Can I request a specific apartment?
The Bellamy always will try to accommodate your requests but we are unable to guarantee a specific apartment.
What are hours of the leasing office?
The office hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 7pm. We are open on Saturdays from 11am to 5pm. We are closed on Sundays.
What are the hours of the clubhouse?
The clubhouse hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 7pm. We are open on Saturdays from 11am to 5pm. We are closed on Sundays.
What are the hours for the fitness center?
The Fitness Center hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 7pm. We are open on Saturdays from 11am to 5pm. We are closed on Sundays.
What are the hours for the pool?
The Pool hours are Monday -Friday from 9am to 7pm. We are open on Saturdays from 11am to 5pm. We are closed on Sundays.
What are the hours for the business center?
The Business Center hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 7pm. We are open on Saturdays from 11am to 5pm. We are closed on Sundays.
What are the hours for utilizing outdoor amenities?
Our Bark Park can be used 24/7.
Does this community have a pest control service?
The Bellamy offers a weekly Pest Control service.
Are BBQ grills available year round? What kind of grills do you have?
The Bellamy offers year-round grilling by our resort-style pool.
Does the community have bicycle racks?
We do not have bike racks but we are located next to the Greenbelt and you can access bike rentals along the beltline.
Is there laundry on-site?
The Bellamy offers full size washer and dryers in every apartment home.
Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?
The Bellamy offers Valet Trash Service.
Do you have free internet/WiFi?
Wifi and Cable are offered for free!
Do you have cable? If so who is the provider? Is there a separate charge?
Cable is included in your rent installment.
Do you have package lockers/how do I get my packages?
We have an electronically secured self-service package room with a refrigerator for all your packages that are temperature sensitive.
What security features does this property offer?
The Bellamy is a gated community.
I have a noise complaint. Who do I contact?
If you have a noise complaint, please contact the office during business hours and 911 after hours.
What is the smoking policy? Can I smoke in my apartment? Is there a designated smoking area?
The Bellamy is a smoke-free community.
I need emergency maintenance. Who do I call?
If you have an emergency maintenace work order after hours you would call 678-597-9462 and follow the emergency maintenance prompts
I have a non-emergency maintenance issue. Who do I contact?
If you have a nonemergency work order, you would go into your resident portal and place a maintenance request.
Do you allow pets? What is the pet policy?
Yes, we allow pets. They must go through a pet screening process for approval
What is the procedure for moving in/out?

What is the parking situation? Is parking assigned? Is there a fee or permit required for parking? Is there a fee or permit required for parking?
We do not have any assigned parking or parking fees.
What do I do if someone parks in my parking spot? What is the policy for guest parking?
We do not have assigned parking spaces and guests must have a guest pass.
Are there building quiet hours?
The noise ordinance in the City of Carrollton is any noise disruptive 24/7
What decorations or changes to the apartment are prohibited?
Any alterations to the apartment must be repaired back to the original condition or there will be charges to change back the original condition of the apartment. We require management approval for certain changes
Are there restrictions for what can be put on balconies or patios? Grills, for example?
There are no grills on porches or balconies in accordance with the City of Carrollton Fire Department.
Is there public transportation nearby? What stop is closest?
There is no direct public transportation. However, the University does have a bus that picks up residents to transport them to various locations on the UWG campus.
Are you near any transportation routes? Which ones?
We are on The University Route
What school district serves the community? High Schools? Junior High? Middle Schools? Elementary School?
We are The City of Carrollton school district.
How much traffic is there in the area? Are there any times during day/night that it is heavy?
We are so lucky that we do not have traffic problems in Carrolton.
What is the surrounding neighborhood like?
The City of Carrollton is a charming historical community.
Is there shopping nearby?
The City of Carrollton has great local boutiques and several major chains located close by.
Are washers and dryers available? Are they in the apartment? What kind?
The Bellamy supplies full size washer and dryers in every apartment
Do apartments have dishwashers?
All apartment homes have dishwashers.
What kind of kitchen appliances are in the apartment?
Your kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and disposal.
Does the apartment come with a microwave?
Yes, each apartment is equipped with a microwave
Are stoves gas or electric?
All appliances are electric.
Do kitchen sinks have a garbage disposal?
Yes, we have disposals.
Is there a bathtub or just a shower? Are they together or separate?
The Bellamy has a shower/bath combo.
Do apartments have USB outlets?
Your beds have USB outlets in the headboards.
When were these apartments built? Have there been any renovations?
The Bellamy is brand new!
Are the apartments furnished?
Yes, we are fully furnished apartments.
What size apartments do you offer?
The Bellamy has three, four, and five-bedroom apartment homes.
What type of flooring do the apartments have?
The Bellamy has LVR Vinyl plank flooring.
Do any of your apartments have a loft?
The Bellamy does not have any loft apartments. However, we do have townhomes.
Do any of your apartments have patios or balconies?
We do have select balcony apartments.
Do the apartments have air condition?
All apartments homes have central air and heat.
